We do not accept the exchange, return, and cancellation of products because of the customer’s circumstances after order confirmation (after sending an automated e-mail for order confirmation).
In a case not attributable to a customer, such as a case where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, the customer shall notify the Company to that effect by the method specified by the Company within seven (7) days after the arrival of the product, and the Company shall take the following actions.
The product shipped to the destination within Japan
Exchange or refund
If the arrangement of a quality product is not possible, we will refund the total amount of the sales price of the products.
The Company shall bear the costs, including shipping fees, required for the return and reshipment of the relevant product.
The product shipped to the overseas destinations
Refund of the total amount of the sales price of the products
*Only when the relevant product only (one (1) item only) is purchased or shipped, shipping fees are also refundable.
*When the customer has purchased or shipped multiple products at the same time, shipping fees are not refundable.We do not accept the return (reshipping) of products.
*Import-related costs, such as tariffs, are not refundable.
*Any product that falls under the following items shall be considered defective.
A product that differs from product descriptions or specifications
A product that shows damage, deficiency, or defacement
A product that does not function or operate properly
*We do not conduct operational tests on electronic products and are exempt from liability.A product that was damaged during transportation or storage due to improper packaging
A product that does not comply with laws and regulations or the store opening terms and conditions and various policies of the Company
A product that the Company reasonably determines to be defective
