Campaign Overview

How to Enter:
1. Follow the CTD Official Account (@ctdglobal_info).
2. "Like" and "Repost" the specific campaign post you wish to enter.
3. Reply to the post with the number of the item you want.Note: Quote Reposts will be considered for extra points in the selection process. You may enter once per post. Multiple comments on a single post will not result in additional points.
Number of Winners: A total of [Number] winners will be selected by lottery across all posts.
Campaign Period: As stated in the corresponding post.
Condition of Prizes: All prizes in this Campaign are new. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason, including damage during shipping. Please acknowledge this before entering.
Eligibility (Target Countries, Age, etc.)
Participants must agree to these terms and enter during the Campaign period.
Age: Must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your country/region of residence).
Eligible Countries/Regions: Japan, USA, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, and Thailand.
Account Status: Your X account must be set to Public. (Private accounts are ineligible as entry requirements cannot be verified).
Your account must not violate X's rules and policies.
You must not have posted content that is offensive to public order and morals.
Winner Selection, Shipping, and Customs Duties
Selection: Winners will be chosen through a strict lottery from those who meet the eligibility requirements after the campaign period ends.
Notification: Winners will be contacted via DM (Direct Message) from the CTD Official X account (@ctdglobal_info) and asked for their email address.
Deadline for Response: If you do not reply with your shipping information within 5 days of the notification, your right to the prize will be voided, and a re-draw may occur. Please reply as soon as possible.
Account Status: If you unfollow the Official Account before the prize is sent, your win will be invalidated. Please ensure your settings allow DMs from this account.
Shipping & Taxes: Shipping is free. However, all import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), other taxes, and customs clearance fees that may occur in your country/region are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Required Info: Winners must provide a valid name, address, and phone number for shipping. (PO Boxes are not accepted).
Failed Delivery: If a prize is returned to the office for any reason, the win will be voided, and no re-shipping will be attempted.
Important Notes
This campaign is not affiliated with X Corp.
If you fail to meet any eligibility requirements or delete/privatize your account before the prize is shipped, you will be disqualified.
Do not change your X username during the campaign period, as it makes account verification difficult.
Prizes are subject to change without notice.
Entries that infringe on third-party intellectual property, portrait rights, or are deemed contrary to public order will be disqualified.
You may enter multiple campaign posts, but only one win per person/household/address is permitted.
Any communication costs incurred during entry are the responsibility of the participant.
The organizer is not responsible for entries not recorded due to network issues or X application glitches.
The campaign may be modified or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances.
The right to the prize is non-transferable and may not be resold.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited. If a participant is found to have engaged in these, they will be disqualified and may be liable for damages:
Fraudulent or threatening behavior toward the organizer or third parties.
Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or reputation of others.
Interfering with campaign operations or unauthorized access to networks.
Unsolicited advertising, solicitation, or business activities.
Providing false information (e.g., using someone else's email address).
Using harmful programs like computer viruses or sending spam.
Providing benefits to anti-social forces.
Disclaimer
The organizer does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or safety of the campaign information.
The organizer is not responsible for damages caused by service interruptions due to force majeure (fire, power outage, earthquake, etc.) or system maintenance.
The organizer reserves the right to change these terms without notice to ensure proper operation.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected will be used for winner selection, shipping, and related communications. It may also be used as non-identifiable statistical data.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent (except when required by law).
