Information on this document is about the notation of Creator Toy&Art Discovery, a user-to-user transaction platform based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan.
The Terms of Service and separate terms are prepared in the Japanese language, which shall be the controlling language, and any transaction in any other language shall be for reference only and shall not bind the parties.
The Company declares as stated below based on Article 11 (Advertisement of Mail Order Sales) of Mail Order Sales Section of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (the former Mail Order Business Act). The Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan is only applicable to transactions with customers living in Japan. We will provide a marketplace and opportunities for buying and selling goods between users.
【Price】
A product price is the price (including tax) displayed individually on each product page.
Each seller shall act as a sales representative and be responsible for the sale of the relevant product.
*A 15.5% tariff shall be added to the product price only for shipping to any destination within the United States.Any charges required other than the product price shall be as follows.

【Cooling-off】
Cooling-off is the system to protect consumers in door-to-door sales and telemarketing sales.
Cooling-off does not apply to mail-order sales including this website. Please note this in advance.
【Delivery date of products】

We will deliver the purchased products during the following periods according to the type of the product after confirming your payment.
- Regular products (In-stock): Shipping will begin sequentially starting in early May 2026.
- Pre-order products/CTD limited-edition products: Shipping will begin sequentially starting in mid-July 2026.
- We will inform you by e-mail or other means if shipping delays due to unfavorable weather conditions, the carrier’s convenience, or for any other reason.
- The shipping of products shall be limited to destinations in Japan or in Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, the United Sates, Mexico, and Thailand.
- Please note in advance that we do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- For shipping methods for products, please see here. However, for some products, different carriers may deliver the products.
In cases where the product is returned to our warehouse for such reasons as the storage period expires because of the absence of the customer, we will arrange re-shipping only if the customer requests the re-shipping within two (2) weeks after the arrival of the relevant product to the warehouse and pays the re-shipping fee.
Despite no justifiable reason, if the customer fails to complete the delivery referred to in the preceding paragraph because of circumstances on the customer’s part within one (1) month of the product being shipped to the specified delivery location (including the case where the customer is not present), the transaction related to the product shall be deemed to have been canceled.
In that case, the Company may dispose of the relevant product through sale or other means. The Company shall allocate the product price and shipping fee that have been already paid to cover the product storage fee and administrative fee and shall not make a refund.

Please pay the total sales price of the product at the time of purchase.
Please note in advance that payment is only available as a lump sum.
To ensure transaction security, we cannot process orders if the purchaser and the credit card holder are not the same person.
