You will see a field to enter your "Coupon Code" on the same screen. Enter your coupon code exactly as it appears (e.g., SAMPLE26) and click the "Apply" button. -
Confirm the discount and place your order: If the coupon is applied successfully, the discount amount will be deducted from your total order amount.

Q. My coupon code didn't work.
A. If your coupon is not applied, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Requirements not met: Make sure your order meets the specific rules for the coupon, such as a minimum spend amount or if it is exclusively for your first purchase.
- Typo in the code: Double-check that you entered the code exactly as shown. Extra spaces before or after the text will cause an error at checkout.
- Usage limit reached: Some promos have a strict cap on how many times they can be used site-wide. Once that limit is hit, the code will no longer apply even if you have an account, so be sure to use yours early!
Q. Can I apply a coupon after my order is confirmed?
A. No. Due to system specifications, we cannot apply coupons or change the order amount after the checkout process is complete (order confirmed) for customer convenience. Please make sure the discount is applied before completing your payment.
